The story of King Arthur is broken into 3 chapters. The first is the beginning of Arthur and his rise to being a King and obtaining Excalibur. The second is his marriage and threats to his throne. The third is his final battles and death. The illustrations are gorgeous and rich in color. Each

chapter has a different border theme which truly complements its chapter.

That was a severely shortened and chopped up telling of King Arthur. I understand it’s intended for children, but had I read this as a child I would not have been interested in learning more about this legend, and I absolutely love and adore the legend of King Arthur.

The illustrations were

amazing and is the saving grace for this review, I just wish they had been bigger to fully take in and appreciate them.
