Having never dined at most of the chain restaurants in Top Secret Restaurant Recipes, I have no idea how close Todd Wilbur comes to recreating their dishes. I do know this, his recipe for chicken fajitas (a knock off of Chili's) is great. It's the only recipe I go to time and time again and all the

stains on the pages prove it.
