Newly Revised is the 11th Edition published in 2011. Each new edition brings changes to procedure (the 11th Edition has 120 listed changes, including new procedures and names for motions.) As a result, Parliamentary Law at a Glance is about three editions of Robert's out of date.Jim Slaughter,
