this well researched and fascinating book. He talks about carols, Yule logs, stockings, crèches, Christmas trees, Advent wreaths, and many more traditions. He explains how traditions evolved and spread from one country to many others. Filled with facts and touching on the many aspects of the Christmas season, you are likely to be surprised by more than one revelation. This e-audio version was nicely narrated by Paul Michael. Recommended for anyone who enjoys history and celebrating Christmas, the birth of Christ Jesus.
