STUCK TOGETHER by Mary Connealy is an exciting Western Historical Fiction set in 1868 Texas. #3 in the "Trouble in Texas",and the conclusion to the series, but can be read as a stand alone. Although, I would recommend reading the others in the series. See, "Swept Away", and "Fired Up". "Stuck

Together" picks up where "Fired Up" ended.

A delightful tale of forgiveness, healing, drama, a mud fight, dark secrets, and a bit of danger. Oh what twists and turns Vince and Tina find themselves in as love blossoms. "Stuck Together" pulls together families, children and friends with a bit of wit, lots of love and a bit of danger, you don't want to miss this delightful tale of love, God's plans for a couple of strong willed individuals and their families. A wonderful read from the first page to the last. Ms. Connealy pulls the reader into the story with her strong characters and her interesting storyline. Received for an honest review from publisher.

First off I have to say that the covers for all 3 of these stories really made me want to pick the books up and read them. The author is also one of my favorite authors as I know I will thoroughly enjoy myself when I read one of her books. This series was a joy to read.

Broken Wheel to live with a brother she barely grew up knowing, Jonas (one of the "friends who stick closer than a brother" in this series). Tina is also determined to shut down the only saloon in town. Vince Yates (also one the men that have banded together) has a reputation as 'invincible Vince' because he doesn't let anything stop him when he sets his mind on something. He is the town sheriff, even though he didn't ask for the job, nor does he get paid for the job. In moments after meeting lovely Tina, Vince can hardly take his eyes off of her. But she is a feisty little thing and will cause Vince a lot of trouble before the story is over. Vince will also deal with his father bringing his mother out to him to care for her as she struggles with dementia, meeting a sister he never even knew he had, solving a mystery of who is shooting at people, stopping in Indian uprising and trying to keep himself from falling head over heels with the strong-willed Tina. There is a lot going on in this 3rd book in the series.

This was full of action and interaction, of fun and of sorrow, and I thought the author did a good job of tying everything up at the end. I enjoyed all three stories, but must admit, book 2 ("Fired Up") was my favorite. Enjoy!
