Hoppy's Leap of Faith

This is the story of a grasshopper named Hoppy who took a big risk, especially for a grasshopper, when he attempted the leap of his life just to find out what lay beyond the grassy field which was his home. The curiosity that prompted him to jump up and out was followed by a very fortunate encounter with a kind and insect-loving human; otherwise the story might have ended sadly on the hard ground under someone's foot.
