Neo & friends are introduced to a series of characters.
It alternates between bad philosophizing, and repetitive fight scenes. There's about ten minutes of good action (the stuff that doesn't involve Neo, interestingly), and lots of nice visuals, enough to just barely make it a watchable - if boring
