Painting myself in

Paintings and text tell of the author's personal process of dealing with and making sense of her existence as a survivor of childhood abuse. Each painting reproduction is in full colour, and full-page. The text recounts the author's earlier difficulties with alcohol and mental illness, and describes the process of understanding she experienced through painting.
