The Green Skyscraper: The Basis for Designing Sustainable Intensive Buildings

While most designers of sustainable buildings avoid the issue of designing large buildings, this author addresses the challenge of designing the skyscraper with a view to energy efficiency head-on. A design based on "green" principles seeks to achieve an ecologically responsive building that integrates with & has beneficial impacts on the natural environment.
