Description
Sati had blonde hair and blue eyes. She thought she was God, but didn't give sight to the blind or raise the dead. On the other hand, she didn't expect to be worshipped. For all who meet her, Sati will change everything.

one of my all time favorite easy reads. i can recommend it to people who "don't read" and they still can finish and love this book. and it helped form my concept of god and gave me some peace

My absolute favorite book of all time. I have no words for it. Well, no words, except for: "read it." I know no one who has not loved this book. Many are wary because of the description, but, with some coaxing, they read it and were as amazed as I was. Simple and beautiful.

"Sati" was a worthwhile read, but probably not as much as it would have been had I read it the time I got the book (over 12 years ago). It wasn't bad at all, though I found some parts a little too didactic.

Michael the truck driver picks up a young woman who is hitchhiking in the desert and brings her home with him. She claims she's God. Theosophy ensues.
I was largely like.....um, whatever.

There was a time when this was my favorite book ever. EVER. Around 1995.
