Notes

Dr. David Calhoun came to Covenant Seminary as a student in 1959. He returned as a member of the faculty 19 years later, teaching and mentoring students for 30 years. According to Dr. Paul Kooistra, Dr. Calhoun's commitment to biblical scholarship and his grace-filled demeanor became the archetype for all future faculty hires.

This volume is a collection of articles, all written by Dr. Calhoun himself across 40 years of ministry, and re-published today as a celebration of his legacy at Covenant Seminary to train future pastors and ministry leaders. Individually, these pieces show biblical faithfulness throughout church history. As a whole, they serve as a testimony to the faithfulness of this beloved professor for a lifetime of ministry, and the faithfulness of his Savior to the church.
