"These sermons on the Christian and civil government were preached on four successive Lord's Days in September (1975) at the Reformed Presbyterian Church located just outside the campus of Covenant College. That these messages provoked criticism and some fears of right-wingism is not nearly as important as the fact that many were stimulated to think in a strategic, timely area in which the Reformed Presbyterian Church has been relatively silent. As to whether or not the author's methodology and conclusions are biblical (which he believes they are) you must judge for yourselves."
