Simon has launched a Web site, simonsays.fr, he regularly contributes to publications including Air Francemagazine and L'Officiel Homme, and he continues to write books devoted to the art of living well. For Assouline, Simon has also written 'The Provence of Alain Ducasse' (2001), 'Paris Hotel Stories' (2003), 'Toscane(s)' (2004), 'Jean-Paul Hevin' (2007), and 'Cuisine & Cravings of the Stars' (2008). A stratigrapher, historian, writer, and poet, Pascal Payen-Appenzeller has a passion for the piano as well as for contemporary art, of which he is also a collector and a critic.
