The modern suburbs of Cumberland Park and Westbourne Park are numbered Sections 1,2,3,253,254 on Light's Plan. In 1852 good wood Road ran through farm land. Between Cross Road and Springbank Road there was a farm called the Grange farm, of 514 acres, which was worked by Thomas Overton.
