This book is about thanksgiving with the indians and pilgrams. It is a counting book and would be wondderful for young students just learning to count. There are so many fun activities that a teacher could use with this book. I absolutely recommend a teacher reading this, especially before the

This is a great book for 1st or 2nd graders. I would use this book around Thanksgiving to teach a lesson on what Thanksgiving meant as well as how to count and sing. The pictures are very colorful and interesting ,which would keep the children's attention.

This book is written in a song about the pilgrim and Indian children preparing for Thanksgiving. It is a fun song and book to read to elementary students around Thanksgiving.

What I liked most about this book was the illustrations. I do admire the story of the pilgrims and Wampanoag, but I didn't find the book to be that entertaining. I wasn't very focused, and I just wanted it to be over.
