Description
Captain Willard Phule has whipped his troops into shape, turning Phule's Company from the laughingstock of the Legion into . . . a crack team of casino security guards. Now his company is deployed to help an underdeveloped planet. And what better way to utilize their major area of expertise-goofing off-than to turn the planet into the biggest intergalactic playground ever?

Robert Asprin’s Phule’s Company books are a great, light-hearted read. I can’t say I like the new artist’s cover, I preferred the old one. I read the first two Phule novels many years ago, and didn’t realize there were new ones. I suspect they are mostly written by Mr. Heck, the

Fresh from his success on the gaming spacestation Lorelei, Phule and his company have a new assignment - keep the peace on the planet Landoor. Simple enough, except for Phule it's a return to the scene of the crime that got him assigned to the Omega Mob in the first place. And not everyone's happy
Ducking, scheming and spending his way out of a jam is Phule's stock in trade, but in a hostile environment where his money's no good, staying alive and out of hot water with the top brass is looking a tad bit tougher than usual.
Not my favorite of the series, but still entertaining.
