My boyfriend is right, god help him, this isn't that subversive, it's just dirty word. But unlike him I like dirty words so... There are a few issues. It's worth bearing in mind that these patterns are quite simple. The amuse me, not challenge me as a stitcher. The centring on some of the text

looks off although I suppose it's strictly right.

It's written with such infectious enthusiasm that it is hard to see any wrong. Jackson encourages you to stitch, amend designs, play around and have fun. I suggest taking her advice.

I love this #&@!* book! This is great if you need a break from all of those cutesy designs out there. Must have a sense of humor and not be easily offended to look through it, let alone stitch anything from it!

I really like the idea behind this book, and I have stitched one of the patterns (the "beeyatch" one). However, I find the patterns to be too simplistic for me. I wish that there had been some that had been more challenging. Still, this book has given me several ideas of my own to chart and then

A must-have book for cross stitchers who weary of sweet samplers, or just want a fresh, humorous take on the craft. Jackson also sells these (and additional, new) designs from her website, but this book is a great starter set of early favorites. I've made several as gifts, and they are always a

huge hit -- besides being fun to work on.

Want to know how to make the best, funniest, least PC, cross- stitch designs? Meet the book with designs your grandparents never did. Between 'Go fuck yourself', 'Whatever', 'Rat bastard', and 'you can't make me', you'll find guides to the best, worst sayings ever.

This book is full of hilarious and snarky Cross-Stitch patterns and I am so excited to get started!
