There were some neat revelations and surprises throughout the story, the world was interesting and I Enjoyed the characters.
The romance was meh. I am not a fan of the insta-love with no real build up. Etta goes from not trusting Reid to trusting
I enjoyed the overall story and would read more in this world if more books were written.

I've only managed about a third of this; the narrator puts me to sleep, though I love listening to her reading, and incidentally I do have to rewind quite a bit. It seems to be a quite satisfactory adventure starring a teen with the power of being
