Description

This book identifies 170 species of birds that either breed or regularly visit the islands of the Eastern Caribbean, from the Virgin Islands to Grenada. The introduction to the birds of the region is followed by short sectons on features of the breeding biology and ecology that characterize Eastern Caribbean birds including the habitats in which they live. Some hints are then given on how to get the best out of bird-watching and bird-photography. This is followed by a section on conservation.
