to Catholic’s with references from Catholic Traditions, Vatican Council II and Pope John Paul II. The author also does a good job of using real life examples, quotes from the Bible and adds Reflection Questions at the end of each chapter. The Reflection Questions bring the concepts discussed in each chapter give you an opportunity to take what you have just read and see how it pertains to your daily life.

I would recommend many other books on how to live your life written a centaury earlier that are better than this one. And I almost put the book down after reading his quote by Gandhi which shows just how ignorant the man was when you remind yourself just how much work and sacrifice Catholics have done for the poor of India. But if you forget that quote the author references, this is a good introduction and study guide for how to be a good leader at work and at home. He reminds us to ask the most important question as we live our lives in every situation; and that is, ‘What would Jesus do?’ I can say that the author does maintain his focus without losing the Catholic Vision the title promises. Though I found nothing new in this book, it is a great reminder of the principals of being a good servant, steward and shepherd.
