Spirituality and personal maturity

In this book, Joann Wolski Conn demonstrates how psychology and spirituality are integrally related to human maturity. Her book maintains that Christian spirituality, which encourages self-denial, can be entirely compatible with contemporary psychology which promotes self-fulfillment.
