God Does Care

This piece of spiritual writing reflects on the basic human thirst for meaning in life, which is common to the present just as to any previous age - a quest for God. But this quest can easily be mis-directed because the god envisaged may not truly be God. God is not distant, not an aloof God, but is very near. God is the God of humankind and is to be found in the most ordinary aspects of human life. The path to God is the path of authentic humanness.
