Description

This very large book is more then just a translation of Dr. van den Born's excellent "Bijbel Woordenboek." But it is an English adaptation of his work, which he gave approval for. This is not only a very comprehensive dictionary for the Bible, but much more. Could even be considered an Atlas with all the maps included. There is also a set of Synchronistic Tables at the front of the book. Also includes the original Hebrew, Greek, and Assyrian form of the words and their definitions. There are also photos of actual locations and artifacts included in this text.

Though in a dictionary format, the definition is not only given...but if appropriate the history of the word it is describing. For example the word COVENANT has an equivalent of eight pages of definition and history listed. This is a must have book for any serious student of the Bible.
