This is another Tacky the penguin book. I could read this book after I read the other Tacky books. I was thinking I could read one Tacky book a day and then do an activity on what we just read. I would decorate my room with paenguins and make a bulliten board.

The emperor penguin is coming to visit Tacky and his band of penguins. The emperor is dreading it because he hates the same old same old of the visits. Tacky takes the emperor's clothes and everyone thinks he is the emperor. Everyone likes the change of pace, especially the emperor.
