Not bad, not wonderful. Very simplistic stories, with heroes and villains going through the appropriate motions - even the several stories where the heroes were set up to be defeated (the one where their 'success factor' was extracted comes to mind), it only delayed their victory for a short while.

Very little personality on show, either. But nice, pulpy adventures. Aside from the annoying Snapper Carr, pretty good overall - better than the Doc Savage scripts, anyway. It probably would have been better at a one-a-month pace, as originally released - reading them all in a lump was a bit much.
