intricacies of Roman ceremony. The result, is almost intolerably dull. There are, however, moments of insight which leave the listener contemplating spiritual realities and the narrative does maintain interest as long as John Paul is describing his personal history. Mr. Tabori's reading is appropriately solemn and fatherly and he makes the interesting sections come to life though he is unable to save the duller passages. Show Less
