I laughed and laughed as I read this story. Julia Cook is hilarious as always. She has taken the worry out of worrying and made us all laugh. Another hit with the kids.

Wilma Jean is always sick with the worry flu. Her mind is full of "what ifs" and her stomach is always in knots. This books takes us through all of Wilma's anxieties, until she finally gets help with her worries from her mother and her teacher. I liked that the author did not downplay any of

Wilma's concerns. I think this book is incredibly relatable to both adults and children with anxiety disorders, and teaches great calming skills
