Book tastes

I prefer Paperback books. My wishlist is current. If you're looking through my other books, assume that I have read the rest of the books of any series listed. My favorite genre is Science Fiction-space, I like Seed Ships or Generational Ships, space operas, and some military (space) science fiction. Books of crochet doily patterns are good. Military K9 (or retired military K9) novels are good. Passengers is my favorite movie, I have read the screenplay - and I know there's not an official book that has been published (yet). I like to read some historical fictional stories about mining (like gold mining or coal mining), I like packhorse librarian novels, and I like to doodle (draw), I can copy pretty well. I prefer books with a 200+ page count for fiction books. Non-fiction can be any size since pattern books mostly only come with a shorter page count.

Don't get this!

LGBTA+, political, steamy/spicy romance, witches, vampires, books with a lot of blasphemy, nonfiction religious, horror, Amish, short stories, Wanda Brunstetter (I get her books from another source), WW2, Kawaii doodle books (I have many of them). I don't care for fantasy-the kinds with weird place names and weird people names. Time travel. Caligraphy. Lois McMaster Bujold.

Other notes

I've read a lot of Kindle science fiction books, if you get newer books, I likely won't have read them, all of my Kindle books are free, and they usually don't offer books published after 2020 or new releases on the sites where I get the books. I journal and have kept a daily one for 35+ years.
