Book tastes

Make one of the items a favorite of yours, new or old; I read a little bit of everything and would love to see what you love best!
My regular bookshelf leans toward fantasy, poetry, books about books, myth & fairy tale, cultural histories, and mysteries. I love a good comedy of manners (especially in the fantasy genre), Golden Age style mysteries (regardless of their actual age), fairy tales re-told (especially when it's not YA), found family tropes, and always, always books about books. Random favorite things include music, cats, art nouveau, WWI era, pre-Raphaelites, photography, Britain & Ireland, foxes, stained glass, paper dolls, forests, and rubber ducks, if any of that sparks a thought. :)
If you're lost, anything from my LibraryThing wishlist or to read categories would work, but don't feel restricted to those by any means.

Don't get this!

Other notes

Don't stress out! I do this yearly and am sure to enjoy whatever surprise arrives.
