This is just wonderful! One recipe after another that I want to try NOW! (So what if some of those aren't really suitable for us.) Add in her delightful commentaries, and the reminders of books long loved, but not recently reread, and I think I need a real copy of my own, not just the ecopy from

the library.

At that point I had read about 1/3 of the book, and returned it early to wait for a hard copy. That came quickly, and hasn't disappointed. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this.

I did come across one problem in the goose recipe. It ought to be obvious that '65 min/pound or 30min/kg' is backwards.
