Book two a sequel to Last Light. Life continues without means of travel, wells to pump water, etc. Can people learn to trust God for survival or will they steal to feed their families? Terri Blackstock writes superb books. A number 1 author in good clean books with lots of human interest.

Another book 2nd in this series that kept me up at night as I didn't want to put it down. This one dealt with mainly a family of kids that are left without any parents. They are left to survive by stealing to eat and drink and get what they need. It also deals with the struggles of those that are

living in the city in apartments where getting water and growing food etc are not as easy. I just love this series. Once again it is told with a Christian theme ,while not overdone, the message love thy neighbor comes thru loud and clea

This was a story that stayed with me, even when I put it down. The whole story line gives ones lots to think about. I also liked the author's honesty when the "About the Author" states: "Her books are about flawed Christians in crisis and God's provisions for their mistakes and wrong choices. She

claims to be extremely qualified to write such books, since she's had years of personal experience."

These book are truly a series that needs to be read in order to fully understand what all is going on. After a mysterious force shuts down all electronics on the Earth, it is amazing how much that will effect life for everyone. The Branning family is trying to make it work and be of help to their community and be a light for Christ in a world gone crazy.

In this story they will be taking in 4 kids who have been on their own since the shut-down. It won't be easy as these are trying times. The search is on for what happened to their Mom, who was hooked on drugs. There is much more going on in this story and it makes one think about how much this would affect you if something like this ever happened. A very interesting scenario. Looking forward to seeing how this will all end when I finish this series.
