I did not enjoy this book. The cat is imagining he is in heaven and the illustrations are dark and scary looking. On one of the pages it says that Mooch thought Heaven was a great place and it was wonderful. The illustrations on this page are grey and black with a tiny bit of dark green. It doesn't
Another reason I did not like this book is because at the end it still wasn't clear whether the cat was in heaven or not. The story starts with Mooch (the cat) taking a nap under a tree. Then Mooch is exploring the place he believes is heaven. Toward the end of the book it says Mooch ended up back at his favorite tree and took another nap. It never mentioned Mooch waking up before this. Then two pages later it says that Mooch woke up in a great place, just like heaven. The story was confusing.
The main idea in this book is heaven being a wonderful place.

Quick fun cute book. Beautiful drawings. Pretty similar to the comic strips but with a better quality to the drawings.
