This is a book that YOU write. Huber asks some probing questions and you can write or draw or paint the answers. Or not.

You can dip in anywhere and begin. It's liberating, in a sense.

This workbook is tied to another book of hers, "The Key," which employs the same handwritinglike typeface (she has

a good reason for utilizing it, but I still find it annoying).

Perhaps because I have already written so much, I find "The Key" more satisfying. I'm at a point now where I may need to reflect more than to write.
