A nice little introductory book on meditation. This hip hop mogul related the many benefits that meditation has brought to his life. I have never gotten into it but may take a shot at it as I can see how it could have positive benefits. The discipline it takes to commit to the sessions is another

matter. Russell spends the bulk of the book talking about benefits and related stories. He spend a few scant pages at the very end on the actual practice procedure.
