When I started this book, I didn't realize that it was intended for new readers. I thought that it was to be more like a short story you'd find in an anthology. But, it is not a very good one. It is VERY simplistic, and overly sappy, not to mention unbelievable. Just because it's short, it doesn't

mean it has to be dumb. It's like the author tried to take a story idea that would usually take 300 pages to unfold, and cram it into a 100 page book (with a huge typeface at that!).If you aren't a new reader, I would NOT recommend this book.
