This is a colorful book showing the progression of a caterpillar's life from childhood to becoming a butterfly. There is a fabric-covered spring inside the book which makes the caterpillar look like it is moving from page to page. The rhyming words are fun, but may be a bit hard for young children

to understand. It is a good book for a parent to explain while reading. My son doesn't like bugs very much, so he wasn't excited about the book.
