This was a simple christmas story. It started out with “the Night before christmas” but quickly went away from that for a simpler and shorter story. It was nice and the illustrations are lovely.

Buket Erdogan's eight-volume picture book series about this little murine hero and his first experiences with various holidays, Mouse's First Christmas is a winsome seasonal treat, highlighting some of the sensory experiences of Christmas. The text is very simple, and the artwork colorful and cute, making this a wonderful title for younger picture book audiences, perhaps toddlers through four or five years old. I will definitely looks for other titles in this series, at the different holidays and times of the year they cover. Show Less
