What a wonderful book, but then it IS The Berenstain Bears! The soft cover book is beautifully
illustrated, and has a wonderful message to go with it. Grandpa imparts some wise help for his bragging grandcubs when the bragging gets out of control. He makes them realize how silly all of their

bragging seems when they stop to think about it.

On the inside of the back page of the book is an Activities and Questions from Brother and Sister Bear page with some questions children would ask about bragging, the actions of the cubs, and the lesson Gramps was trying to teach. Also, there are two Get Out and Do It activities that will reinforce the lesson learned with action.

My four year old granddaughter loves the story and the illustrations of each of their activities. I recommend it for non-readers and early readers.

What a sweet book and woven throughout the story is a valuable lesson for character building. It's an easy read for older children and young ones listen attentively while engaging with the cute illustrations, pointing to all the clouds. Bragging is never a good idea for anyone to do but two over

achiever cubs find themselves in this situation. The brother and sister compete with one another rigorously by topping their stories. Finally, the cubs get locked into a debate over cloud formations. Things do get resolved and there's a great family discussion guide in the back of the book. Bottom line, feel good about the all the good you are doing but don't brag about it. Let someone else say really great things about you! I especially like the conflicts and resolving them with Grandpa bear's wisdom. A delightful, well-thought-out book and a blessing for young families and grandparents to help young children feel good about the talents God has given them without boasting.

The delightful Berenstain Bears are back and as wonderful as ever thanks to Stan and Jan Berentain, and the creator’s son Mike. He is sharing the wonderful lessons that he grew up with, and we are all the lucky recipients.
My boys loved and could relate to the competition between the siblings

Brother and Sister Bear. My guys started comparing what they had done, and loved what the character’s were doing. They were intrigued by the cloud watching and admitted that they loved doing that too, but not the extreme that these two Bears went to, although they loved the imagination shown.
I’m so pleased to find this Christian book with good lessons that the boys can relate to, and really enjoy. Good lessons and good examples were learned in reading this beautifully illustrated book. I loved at the back of the book there are Activities and Questions that can be talked about and include the whole family.
I received this book through BookLook Bloggers, and was not required to give a positive review
