Funny book for the entire family. Tells a story of a young boy who continues to wake up family members due to his loud snore. The book is packed with funny rhymes and words along with the entertaining plot line- makes for a great book! Highly recommended!

Excellent, funny story with lots of repetition and interaction. A little boy cannot sleep because someone is snoring. He wakes everyone but still he hears snoring. He follows the sounds and discovers a wee baby kitten.

Roar of a Snore is a great picture book to enjoy as a read aloud. This book supports writing workshop because it builds on to the story by cumulative writing. Roar of a Snore is about a boy named Jack who cannot go to sleep because he hears a snore. He wakes the whole Huffle family to see who’s

the one causing the snore. At the end he finally finds a little cat whose snore is three thousand times his size, then the whole Huffle family cuddle in and form a big snore causing Molly Olsen to stay up. This story can be used for journal entries or even students can make their own story by adding to it at the end and continuing with Molly can’t go to sleep because she hears a big snore.

This book is very good for a early readed, it is very repetitive with it's writting.

A little boy is having trouble going to sleep because there is a really loud snore, he goes from person to person to find out who is snoring. Finally after waking up everyone in the house they find the source of the snoring, a little kitten in their barn. At first he tries to wake up the kitten but

then decides that the kitten needs a home so he just lets it sleep and the whole family falls asleep in the barn around the kitten.
