It's a silly book and at the first bit is what dinosaurs don't do to eat their food but at the end it tells you what dinosaurs do to eat their food. They eat their food a bit like people do. At the beginning they are naughty and afterwards they are sensible.

How Do Dinosaurs Eat Their Food is a book illustrating bad table manners by dinosaurs, before saying that no, dinosaurs do not do these things, they actually have very good table manners.
The illustrations are very funny and all children will love this book. Very colorful.

Love this series, super simple text, kids love the dinosaurs, maybe they learn a little about table manners and behavior.

This was a good short story to me. It talk about the dinosaur in the story was not nice and mannerable at first and really didn't have much table manner. Throughout the story the dinosuar begin to learn table manners. I enjoyed looking at the pictures in the story.

This will help dinosaur-loving children learn some new information. The illustrations are composed of muted, cool colors and are drawn using thin lines. While the drawings appear cartoon line, identifying features of the specific dinosaur species are included to further help the reader identify which character is which species. The representations of the dinosaurs are very large in comparison with their surroundings. Each spread contains only one rhyming sentence, which allows the images to truly take center stage. One concern of parents may be, however, that the negative behaviors are portrayed first and in a funny manner. Parents may worry that these behaviors are being reinforced. Luckily, the end of the book corrects the behaviors and shows the parents becoming more and more pleased with the good manners of the dinosaurs. This book is recommended.

This is a unique book that teaches manners. First it gives examples of bad things dinosaurs do while eating, followed by the way a well behaved dinosaur would eat his food. This is a great book to read to elementary students and below to encourage good manners.

the characters in the book in order to make it more entertaining. There were so many different dinosaurs from t-rex to raptors. I think it was a cute idea to use dinosaurs to teach kids that even an animal could be polite and say please and thank you and try new foods. I also really enjoyed the illustrations of the different kind of dinosaurs either being rude by bubbling their milk or by waiting patiently for their food. The main message of the book was to teach kids how to be polite in the kitchen whether it is trying new foods or saying please and thank you. I enjoyed how the beginning of the book showed examples of the dinosaurs being rude by fidgeting in their chairs or flipping their food off their plates, but by the end showed the correct way to act such as sitting patiently for their food.

It creates a simple rhythm that allows the book to flow nicely and for the reader to stay engaged. One section of the story said, “ He tries every new thing, at least one bite. He makes no loud noises that isn’t polite.” I also like how the author organized the book. The book first starts out with impolite things to do at the dinner table such as burping, fidgeting, and throwing food on the floor. Then in the second half of the book the dinosaur demonstrates the polite things to do at a table like saying, “ please or thank you”. The illustrations are all very vivid, allowing the readers to take interest in the things that the dinosaurs are doing.
