attempt to find homes for the kittens so they don't end up at the dreaded "pound." I suspect younger readers who like cats would find this interesting. Children who have an expectant mother cat in the household will learn all sorts of things about young kittens and their development in this story. I expected more of a mystery to the story than their was since the series was "Club of Mysteries," making me a little disappointed in the overall story.
