O'Neill was captured at Sidi Rezegh and after being torpedoed and taken to Greece was held at PG 85 Tuturano, PG 65 Gravina Altamura and Chieti. Escaped at Armistice. Account written in 1985 and in preface author says 'With the passage of time there may be some instances where wishful thinking and active imagination could have crept in and become part of the story'. Mixed up facts and stories make the account unreliable.
