Definitely a park your brain and enjoy movie, though it does have a few lessons, most importantly "Read the Paperwork". "Photocopy the important diary and leave the original somewhere safe" is another and "pride is fine but if you have the wealth to live why suffer". Lara is working as a bike

courier, her father is missing and his lawyers are pressing her to sign the paperwork to declare him dead. She finds a hidden workshop and the papers to do with his last investigation and starts reading. She decides to follow him, to finally discover what happened to him, this leads her to a remote Japanese island and a strange legend which has some interesting truths behind it.

Interesting with a lot of scope for a sequel.
