This issue references Ragman having permanently joined the Shadowpact in "The Pentacle Plot" storyline of that title, and Cassandra Cain's Batgirl having changed allegiances in the "Wanted" storyline in Robin #148-153. It also details some of Harvey Dent's activities as Gotham's chief vigilante during the "52" year following "Infinite Crisis".
