This is the penultimate chapter of the "Face the Face" storyline, which concludes in Batman #654.

During the fight with the Scarecrow, Batman hallucinates Thomas Wayne in his Halloween outfit, Robin hallucinates the Dick Grayson of Earth-Two and Superboy-Prime, whom he hates for having killed his best friend during "Infinite Crisis".
