Lots of stuff in this TPB, but two main stories. First is the story of the Justice League trying to find Power Ring’s ring before it attaches itself to someone else, and because it has information on it that they need. During that adventure they also run into the Doom Patrol. That doesn’t go

very well for either team.

The second story is about something called the Amazo virus. It was an interesting new take on the Amazo stuff. Some of the league gets infected as well as some of the Metropolis citizens.

And over both these stories Lex Luthor’s story is perched. He wants to join the Justice League and prove himself to them, that he’s on the up and up. He also thinks that something big is coming that’s worse than anything they’ve seen before.

It’s definitely a different way to go with Luthor’s story. Sorta like the Presidential storyline form years ago, but better. Can’t wait to see more.

I got this advanced galley through Netgalley on behalf of DC Entertainment

I reallyenjoyed this but essentially this is a story of two halves, with the latter half taking the story in a completely different arc. It's interesting to se how a major protagonist from their past becomes a vital part of the team, but with an agenda of his own. Overall, interesting, fun and

worth a look.

This collection tells the story of Lex Luthor joining the Justice League and the friction that causes between him, Superman, and Bruce Wayne.

The art is solid, storytelling is solid, overall a high-quality volume.

I love how Lex Luthor always sets himself up to look like the good guy, but the JL is never buying it. BUT then they start going deeper into his history and messing with him and you start thinking, "Maybe he's not that bad?" or "Maybe he's changing?". But that's exactly what he would want you to

think, right?

This whole Power Ring thing is a bit confusing. I thought it was really powerful, but it seemed to be tamed really easily.
