Local notes

Aside from very minor references and the usage of the Quantum Realm from the "Ant-Man" films, the only notable connection between the final seasons and the larger MCU is the Thanos invasion in "Avengers: Infinity War", which occurs during the end of Season 5. The rest of the series do not occur in a timeline where the Blip occurred, suggesting the time travel in the first half of Season Five created a new timeline for the series in which Thanos is defeated before the Snap.

The relevant MCU watch order, thus, is:

Spider-Man: Homecoming
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Season 5, Episodes 1-10
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Season 5, Episode 11 and Thor: Ragnarok, occur concurrently (only connective tissue being a reference to an Asgardian in New York)
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Season 5, Episodes 12-18
Avengers: Infinity War and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Season 5, Episodes 19-22 occur concurrently.
New timeline:
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Season 6
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Season 7

Additionally, Season 7's time travel to the past involve creating new timelines as well, and has multiple connections to the origins of various characters and plotlines in both this series and other MCU properties, including the attempts of Hydra to get a super soldier serum, the preparation and launch of Project Insight from "Captain America: Winter Soldier" and the Inhuman settlement Afterlife.
