Gary Larson may be the savior of us all. Either that, or we'll all sink into the primordial ooze right along with him! This book concentrates mostly on his cows.

don't quite make it. The premise starts out with him encountering Madame C on a hike in the desert, and drinking a glass of milk she offered him, after which he was apparently compelled to draw cartoons. I wish he had just dispensed with the storyline, and gone straight to the cartoons. A quick read, some good laughs, and a few head scratchers make up a satisfying evening in the end. Show Less

Okay, I get that most of you won't think that a comic strip book qualifies as a book, but I had to add this to my list as I enjoyed it so much. Far Side comics are endlessly amusing, clever and ludicrous. This is no exception. Good for a laugh.
