Not bad..Stuart seems to be on a roll with better stories lately, although this seemed more like a Holly Barker novel than a Stone Barrington novel. Pretty basic spin on a terrorist plot in the States where Barker and Stone team up to stop a female hell-bent on revenge for her family. Another one

Pure claptrap. If you like reading about cocktail parties, fancy restaurants, jumping in and out of bed and very little substance, you might like this waste of time. I was generous with two stars.

mystery, this book is exciting. One aspect I really like is that Woods doesn't re-hash previous books or describe reoccurring characters again and again. Several previous story lines are ended and new ones are begun. The plot is interesting, providing both tension and humor. Show Less

While the characters underlying sexual tension leads inevitably to bedroom scenes, it’s done with taste, again providing just sufficient detail to draw the scene without devolving into explicit details.
Stuart is truly a master of the written word.
