Minimalist Miso Soup- Didn't Like (or I screwed up)
Portabello Chipotle Sandwhich - I liked, but the Adobo sauce was too spicy for me.

This cookbook is one step removed from Molly Katzen- produced by the Moosewood Collective- so maybe two heads are better than one?
Still features the same terrific plant based, often international flavored, whole food recipes. The list of ingredients aren't quite as long as the original Moosewood.
